Everything is Transparent

Group 8020 follows a strict code of business conduct which prescribes transparent behavior, as stated below:

1. We do not accept remuneration of any kind from vendors, technologies or agencies. This means no “finders fees” nor free product nor gifts.
2. We work strictly for our client and their best interests.  We disclose in advance anything which we believe might cause undue influence.
3. We do not represent any particular technology or agency or solution set. We are free to offer open source solutions because we have no “sales quotas” to meet.
4. We do not nickel and dime you. We work on a fixed fee basis inclusive of everything except out of pocket travel expenses.
5. We are gone after 100 days. We do not try to up-sell you on the next project while completing the first.

And while it may seem simple it carries great weight:

We commit to telling you the truth, even when it means delivering news you might now want to, but need to, hear.

Our job is to protect you, your project and your budget. The best way we know how to do that is to speak plainly, keep the finances in plain view at all time, and tell it like it is.  This has helped us produce a repeat business rate of 96% compounded over 25 years and a completely word-of-mouth driven business.
