Seeing around corners means identifying the smaller patterns that constitute the bigger picture. It means not favoring left brain over right brain thinking, but fusing both the visual and intuitive (right) with the verbal and strategic (left) to achieve the optimum. It means pursuing the 20% that will drive 80% of the change.

It’s all connected

At Group 8020 we spend a lot of time mapping interconnections. How does one trend fit with another? What do “best practices” in different industries have in common? Identifying and acting upon answers to these questions drives informed counsel to our clients.

It’s worked before

In the 90’s founder Mark Hollander watched computers replace dedicated devices in video post-production. Audio CD’s were the rage. Government contractors chattered about ARPANET (the precursor to the the internet). He chose to reinvent his agency as a web shop. When clients wanted internet marketing, their prime vendor was ready and billing.

Stay ahead of the technology curve by focusing on patterns of change. Opportunities are then quickly uncovered and more easily acted upon. It becomes a question of “what should be done.” The “how can it be done” part becomes apparent.
